Indications: Argentum Metallicum is a chief remedy for mental exhaustion and different respiratory problems. There is dull paroxysmal neuralgia over left side of head which increases gradually and ceases suddenly. There is also vertigo with intoxicated feeling, on looking at running water. Head feels empty and hollow. Exhausting coryza with sneezing.
