Indications: Hydrastis Canadensis has marked action in treating catarrh. Thick, yellow, stingy mucus from the nasal passage. Hawks yellow viscid mucus from posterior nares and fauces with ulceration. Worse on lying on left side. Watery, excoriating discharge. Tends to blow nose all the time. The catarrh may be any where, throat, stomach, uterus etc. it is always characterized by a peculiar mucoid discharge. It is also useful in chronic bronchial catarrh.
